From medical care and behavioral health to housing, food security, transportation, job training, and early childhood learning — ten interconnected sectors that form the foundation of family success and community resilience.
A structured, county-level process: survey residents, analyze data, meet providers, vet the directory, research solutions, secure buy-in from leaders, and evaluate progress every year.
Across 33 counties, local teams can work through seven organizing steps to identify barriers, build partnerships, and improve access to vital services. This course translates that county-level work into ten modules so you can understand the full process and find your place within it.
